Terms of use for Ring Bros S.R.L Gift Cards
Use of a Voucher Code
- Sequence of using a Gift Voucher:
a) Purchase a Gift Voucher for a desired amount above 500€
b) Receive a Gift Voucher with a unique code via chosen e-mail
c) Go to the site: www.ring-bros.com, choose the Race Car Rental you would like to drive
d) Go through all booking steps, as you would book it normally (choose a car, a date and add-ons)
e) In the last step after Checkout (Payments) enter your unique Gift Voucher code to the field “Have a gift card? Enter your code”
f) Get a discount and finish a booking procedure. - Every purchased Voucher gets a unique code, which will be sent by e-mail.
- The owner of a Gift Voucher can use the purchased amount for all RING BROS S.R.L offered services.
- If the value of the voucher exceeds the amount charged, the balance of the voucher will remain valid until the expiry date under the same voucher code and may be used with another booking.
- Please note that you will not receive a new voucher for the residual value and will not get the cash payment of the balance.
Purchase and validity
- A voucher may only be purchased online at www.ring-bros.com/product/giftcard/ or at the RING BROS S.R.L office. The voucher code, details and a Gift Voucher are sent by e-mail to the address indicated, to a purchaser or to an additional recipient.
- Vouchers can only be issued in euros.
- The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchasing date. You will find the expiry date on the voucher. It is not possible to extend the term of the voucher beyond the expiry date or to redeem it for cash.
- Gift vouchers are issued by the same time you purchase it. Automatic e-mail will reach you within few minutes. In case of malfunction of the system – please contact us via the e-mail: ringbros@icloud.com and we will issue a Gift Voucher within 24 hours.
Terms and Conditions of RING BROS S.R.L are valid for all bookings and race car rental, including services provided using Gift Vouchers.
